DC - Luxury content driven packaging

Packaging design for the new product by chocolate artist Rubén Álvarez.

Packaging solely driven by the content, in this case yoghurt, using the hardening of the chocolate yoghurt of create a seal around the lid, which is removed through the use of attached string. Otherwise its very simple packaging, a brown tube. It's a great interactive piece of packaging, which in itself would be a reason to purchase it.

This packaging design although beautiful isn't too practical, as the removal of the seal is messy and means it can not be re-seal or reused. This kind of products packaging wouldn't be commercially viable but brilliant for small independent food / dessert outlets.
